1. General Presentation
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of shipping containers by ABRILOC (SIRET 799 902 895 00017), headquartered at 4 Chemin des Tommelles, 51260 Saint‑Just‑Sauvage.
Abriloc specialises in the sale and delivery of new and second‑hand shipping containers, selected from certified depots across Europe. Delivery throughout Europe: France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and all other European countries.
Abriloc guarantees:
- a container matching the description,
- a solid and durable structure,
- full transparency regarding the container's condition,
- delivery within the announced timeframes.
2. Delivery in Europe
Delivery is made directly to the customer's site, with a personalised appointment.
Average delivery times:
- Europe: 5 to 7 business days
- Overseas: 25 business days
Included: secure transport, insurance, handling, unloading, and ground placement. No additional charges will be applied.
3. Delivery Costs
- Europe: €500
- Overseas: €800
4. Order Tracking
After order confirmation, the customer receives a logistics tracking number. This number allows them to track:
- container preparation,
- shipment,
- transport to the delivery location.
5. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or credit card.
Discount: 10% for cash payment over €10,000.
Deposits:
- ≥ €10,000: 30%
- < €10,000: 60%
Balance: on the day of delivery, before unloading.
6. Order Process
- Detailed quote valid for 24 hours
- Reservation upon receipt of the deposit
- Assignment of a tracking number
- Delivery organisation
- Delivery and acceptance of the container
7. Delivery Conditions
The customer ensures:
- suitable truck access,
- a stable surface,
- sufficient space for container placement.
In case of difficult access, an alternative delivery point will be proposed. Risks are transferred once the container is placed on the ground.
8. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
In accordance with distance selling legislation, the customer has 14 days after delivery to:
- refuse the container,
- request an exchange,
- or obtain a refund.
In the event of non-conformity identified at delivery, the container may be immediately refused, exchanged, or refunded without additional formalities.
In the event of withdrawal and in accordance with Article L121‑17 of the Consumer Code, ABRILOC will bear all costs related to the return of the container.
Abriloc handles:
- return logistics,
- administrative procedures.
The container must be returned in its original condition.
9. Non-Delivery
In the event of non-delivery of the ordered container, the customer may:
- file a complaint,
- cancel the bank transfer,
- claim damages.
10. Defective Products & Warranty
Any defect must be reported before the warranty expires.
If a container has a structural or functional defect, the customer may request:
- repair,
- an exchange,
- or any solution consistent with their consumer rights.
This warranty is in addition to the legal rights relating to the return of defective products.
